CAD Services

CAD Conversion

Conversion from various sources (such as scanned paper drawings and blueprints, paper sketches with supporting documentation & dimensions and PDF files) to electronic CAD files (.dwg and .dxf formats).

To ensure the highest accuracy and quality we trace and re-draw manually and apply your own drawing standards or protocols. All work is quality checked and completed work can be returned via e-mail or FTP.

To get a FREE quotation all we need are some samples. For paper drawings we prefer scanned images at 200 dpi in .tiff or .jpg format) and your drawing protocol. In a recent quotation we priced the conversion of 2D areo component drawings at £7.00 each saving the client over £20 per drawing on internal costs!

 

CAD Draughting

We provide 2D CAD Draughting services based on specific customer requirements.

 

Drawing plotting

Mono and colour plotting from A4 to A0 sizes. We can provide prints of CAD drawings from our own centres shipped to Europe or can arrage local printing via our UK partners. We can also provide PDf versions of your CAD drawings.

 

3D visuals and walkthroughs

We can provide 3D visualisations of your designs in photo realistic 3D computer graphics, as well as 3D animatied walkthroughs of your designs. 3D animation is a powerful aid in helping sell your design ideas and can also be used for prmotional, training and safety applications. Animations are available in a range of output formats.

We also provide specialised 3D animation services for creative industries (TV, film, computer gaming and mobile devices), including the development of customer specific 'virtual animation development centres (VADCs)'. Click here for more information.

 

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

We provide Map Conversion Services that convert paper maps to digital maps which can be used by geographic information systems and other mapping software for utilities, emergency services, property companies and local land governments.

Through strategic partnerships, we also have experience in developing and running location based services through convergence of GIS, data entry, software development and call centre skills.
