Training

staff at workWe have two primary approaches to training that involve:

  • New employee orientation: Focus is on keying skills, English proficiency, data confidentiality requirements, project background, handwriting recognition, network security, basic projects, organisation introduction, enterprise culture, industry regulations and rules.
  • Pre-process training: Focus is on project regulations and rules, project background, handwriting ability, project-specific English skills.

Retention

Employees are a crucial asset. We recognise that our long-term success depends on retaining our skilled, motivated and loyal staff. As such, CompuPacific offers a pleasant campus environment and is implementing profit-sharing and performance bonus plans. Turnover rates among production team members and managers are much lower than the industry average.
